Instructions

1. Clockwise revolution must be observed on post-cutting as well as cutting.
2. Please use the measuring tools to adjust the diameter.
3. This product only use on through-hole .
4. Tighten the adjusting nuts properly. Basically the ratio tightening is 1 (Forehead side) : 9 (Shank side)
5. When moving the blades to desired position for replacing with spare blades, clean carefully the blades slots bottom to obtain its accuracy.
6. In order to ensure good results, use cutting-oil for the workpieces expect cast iron.
7. The less finishing allowance is the better finish but normal removal amount is from 0.05mm to 0.15mm.
8. When only one sheet of blade was damaged, replace all the blades with new ones or the reamer will lost the balance due to the damaged blade.
9. In a temporary use by machine, decrease speed and use cutting-oil in plenty to prevent from expansion of finish hole. But do not use cutting-oil for the cast iron.
